T & D were looking for a new vocation. “How ’bout a Record Store?” The Long Ear was born. In 1975, we added a Radio Shack & moved into MUCH larger digs, about 2 blocks down. The new place came with a Pool Hall & Pinball machines (bonus!!) Where the dream began. T & D needed to create an income. How ’bout a record store? 1973 – Terry at 1st ‘Ear Counter 1976 – Long Ear Family Grows 1978 – Pops & Son 1979 – Ear Van & Fam 1975 Moved into MUCH bigger digs about 2 blocks down.
